Now I don't care if Admin credits me points or not but Univox support is pathetic at best..They just never send a resolution which "USES FINGERS AND BRAIN"...all they do is copy the same DAMN GENERIC RESPONSE TO EVERY DAMN MEMBER WHO MADE THEM WHAT THEY ARE TODAY..and I KNOW U HAVE WAY MORE EXPERIENCE HERE THN ME BUT LET ME ALSO SHARE MY OWN EXPERIENCE---
