We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, however, we can do anything in the case of disqualification because it depends on the client and survey requirements and if your information will not meet the several security and filtration check you will be disqualified.

That does not solve the issue. It is Univox that does not redirect back to dashboard .It has got nothing to do with client and survey requirements.
i sent in screenshots where at the end of attempting the surveys it DOES NOT redirect back to the dashboard. Thus the attempt points are not being credited.
This is quoted from Univox /Admin
"Previously, you were awarded full points for completing a survey and partial points for certain results. We are updating our formula so that you will be always rewarded some points
so long as you finish the survey taking experience. We will reward you for your time always
Sample cube Terminate 0 points
SCTerminate 0 means no points"
We are not getting these points because it DOES NOT redirect back to the Dashboard. Now i have to copy and paste this clause and reply back to all my tickets.
