    Have emailed Support.

    As you know there is a long list that i have got.
    All starting with the Scam Surveys that i got over 40 of them and did not even get one point for them.
    All the complete surveys that i have done that i have never been credited for any of them.
    Now all these surveys not redirecting.

    And it is not just me

    People not being able to get the app working KevinH
    People not being able to refer their friends
    The list is endless

    Why do you need my contact number to review my account. You have got access to my account. You can see how many surveys I attempt and by my points history you can see what surveys I am credited for and which ones I am not

    Admin I did that with all the surveys not redirecting back to my dashboard. Support do not read and just copy and paste some reply .
    Attempted 40 surveys yesterday and 12 did not redirect back so no DQ points.

    Admin it is not my account .It is the surveys that we are getting and them not redirected back to the dashboard.

    I just reread what i wrote to your response and noticed i left a word out.
    Where i wrote 'There was quotation" should be There was no quotation

    Did leave the survey- entered my year and got disqualified.

    That year message popped up while I was entering my year. So I finished entering my year, then that message disappeared, pressed next and I got disqualified.

    I just think the amount of failures i get is ridiculously high.
    Be okay if it is one or two a day but when it is over 25% of all my attempts per day.There is something to complain about.

    Do the maths per person and how many users you think there are, it works out to a fair bit for a day that is not paid out.

    Your replies actually made sense but then there is the question how will we know whether these points are credited.
    For starters how will they know what surveys are not redirected back to the dashboard. So we still got to send in tickets
    The problem i still believe is with Univox their system does not cut back in, after the attempt to divert back to the dashboard. Also it is Univox that gives out the attempt points nothing to do with client.

    I got one reply from Support that actually read my Support ticket and got this reply.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    We checked our records and as per our findings, you are disqualified because your information did not meet the several security parameters.

    And this was for an Attempt survey that looked like this

    Now have to copy and paste this response and add it in to my replies and hope that some one will read it again. This is what we want to know whether there are points or not.

    Like Kevin H reply above i did the same thing. Submitted tickets.
    This is the reply i got from Support for all my tickets.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, however, we can do anything in the case of disqualification because it depends on the client and survey requirements and if your information will not meet the several security and filtration check you will be disqualified.

    That does not solve the issue. It is Univox that does not redirect back to dashboard .It has got nothing to do with client and survey requirements.
    i sent in screenshots where at the end of attempting the surveys it DOES NOT redirect back to the dashboard. Thus the attempt points are not being credited.

    This is quoted from Univox /Admin

    "Previously, you were awarded full points for completing a survey and partial points for certain results. We are updating our formula so that you will be always rewarded some points so long as you finish the survey taking experience. We will reward you for your time always.

    We are not getting these points because it DOES NOT redirect back to the Dashboard. Now i have to copy and paste this clause and reply back to all my tickets.

    Sorry Admin but what negative information did i provide.
    I answered the questions

    First question was "are you all getting good number of surveys now"
    My response " no not really" referring to myself.

    Second question was "Are the response from the univox team is good"

    My response was Response from Support (referring to part of the question not that is the response from Support as you interpreted it ).. ..you will find out........just need to read some of the Forum. That will answer your question.
    There was quotation marks in the rest of my reply meaning it was my opinion.

    Which is true, just reading the Forum will provide information whether Support is good or not. Then a person can make up their own mind

    Admin i was a bit confused when i read your reply. Then realized how you interpreted it. When i write in English, if i am going to quote from someone, i will use quotation marks as i was taught in school.

    I got all 1 point but they were mixed in with my 3 point ones. Just wanted to check to see if the points per survey were the same for all users.

    I have got the same problem can not paste directly into the contact form.
    But if you send an email to Support directly not using the contact form you have got no ticket number.
    It just must be that Univox has not activated something for the Aussies to allow us to copy and paste directly into the contact form.

    Is that another ticket?????

    That profile waste of time. I also get ridiculous surveys asking ridiculous preliminary questions. Does anyone doing surveys earn $1M ...........do not think so.

    Admin the join button is no inconvenience to me. I am already joined as i would not be on the Forum otherwise. But think it is inconvenience for Univox as no one can join the site if they use Google.

    This is the response i got. Support does not read emails properly. I pressed SUBMIT on the survey means COMPLETED. I emailed Support back but this is what happens all the time NO ONE follows up on the tickets. So nothing gets resolved.
