    Admin, It has been nearly a month since of us loyal member have gotten any new surveys many of us have been loyal members 5 years or more. We all are getting annoyed and frustrated with the run around from yous without giving us a proper answer to why we don't have any surveys.

    I called them and the contact person said the same BS about having their support team look into it. Has anyone else tried calling them if so what response did they give to you? I would love to know if there is anyone still receiving surveys

    Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks since I had any surveys from this company I've sent the support team numerous email without them replaying tome as to the reason I haven't gotten any new surveys. I have been a member of this survey site since 2015 and it is pretty lousy of them to treat their loyal members this way.

    Sent a 3rd message today informing them of not having any surveys. Also commented on their facebook page. Maybe if we all comment on their facebook will get them to respond.

    I haven't surveys since last Friday morning I've sent 2 messages out to the support notifying them and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

    Same thing is happening to me when I go to redeem my points and I also sent the support team a email notifying them days ago and still heard them and I'm still waiting for the problem to be resolved.

    I received the exact same reply from them it sucks because I have a member of this survey site for 5 years and I have 2200 points that I can't redeem because I keep getting a error when I try to redeem them which also says that they are working on fixing it but it hasn't been fixed since Sunday. I don't know what is going on but 2 years ago I went through the same thing when they updated their site and didn't let us members know what was going on.

    I live in the USA and have been a member of this survey site since 2015. I just sent them a 2nd message letting them know that I haven't had any surveys since Friday morning and now I'm getting a error when I try to redeem my points.

    No surveys for me since Friday and I've have been a member of this survey site since January of 2015. I'm hoping that is just because it is the weekend. But I'm also getting a error when I try to redeem my points so I'm not sure what is going on.

    In the 2 1/2 years that I been a member I never had a problem receiving my reward always received the next day after I ordered it before the new site update. Hopefully I receive on Monday.
