    This is now beginning to look like a repeat of Last year when I was out for over four month and it took the intervention of 'Kelly Strong's' involvement to help get my account rightly reinstated again?
    I hope it is not as I really don't want to have to go through another four months of that again?

    And what about the Paypal redemption I was waiting on would it still be coming???

    Well, it's good to know that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. I ran a system clean (which resets all of my browser info today) and can't get back in. Hopefully, they'll rectify it soon.

    Contact Support and ask them to elaborate on that reply. Which ONE are you accused of?
    Have you got any referrals ? it maybe that one if you have any.
    Or they could just ask you for your ID

    Dear Admin, I recently registered on another site with surveys and he was very active while I could take surveys on your site. But as soon as my account was deactivated here, another questionnaire almost died. A coincidence? I don't think. I am sure that some site intercepts surveys from you, substituting innocent users of both sites.

    I can not sign in as well today. Been a member for many years but have not taken a survey in two months. Now when I try to sign in today it is saying "technical issues".

    I suddenly cant sign in like many other long time members. I have not even taken a survey in like 5 months so it cant be any kind of "fraud" issue in the response many members have received from support. Meanwhile, I am getting a ton of email invites. Never in about 6 years of being a member has this happened to me. There is some kind of bug in the "security" tool they are using obviously. I do not know what to do-long time member and ambassador status :(

    Its crazy- just got the same email as you just now! I have not even taken a survey or cashed out in about 5 months-and was able to sign in just a few days ago to see how things were going on here. So how can they even use that excuse-they are just sending out that form letter without even looking into the issue. Its obviously a bug. I am a member for 6 years and ambassador level for many years and NEVER had an issue with my account before!.

    This is the standard mail that everyone gets. If you think I did this, please delete my account. I've been around for a long time, am an ambassador and registered on many survey panels. But when I'm accused of something like that, my pride is hurt.
