    When you contacted Support did you get an automated email with a ticket number? If so, contact again referencing that number. FYI, once you have a redeem rejected do not request another redeem until the first one is resolved.

    Did you receive an automated response that they have received your request? It should have a ticket number. Contact them again referencing that number.

    Your redemption will nt be processed until the ban is resolved, When you contacted Support, you should have received an automated reply that they have received your request. Contact again referencing that number.

    Keep contacting Support. When I had a redeem denied last year, it took several months before they worked it out. Do NOT redeem again until this is resolved, or that one will also be denied.

    @admin may i know when is the payout going to be back to normal? Most of our payment has been delayed since 1-2 months (my payment since early june), denied and tickets (personally, i only sent 2) has been sent with no reply, but is there any updates you can share with us?

    It is also good for those who keep referring people (Personally i have over 2000 referral) into univox because if you don't pay, we will be questioned too for introducing this site. Thanks for your kind understanding and hope you can clarify.

    What d you need help with? If you are requesting a redeem, provide Admin with Redeem ID, date, amount and what for. Also your level. If it is another problem, contact Support.

    I have this redemption request which was DENIED with no reason !!
    I posted a comment and mentioned you to help me with it, then 3 days later it was rejected !
    I think that happend by mistake or because that Univox doing a sofrware update or something and you are busy. I do really care about my surveys answers and I am a premium member.

    Admin is non existent. Very rarely online.

    As per "Modus Operandi for Redemption Process "they are meant to send you an email when a redemption is denied

    But Univox can not follow their own procedure
