    All these members putting up posts / comments of outstanding REDEMPTIONS are getting lost amongst everyone elses comments.
    So i thought if we had one post dedicated to this where everyone could leave their outstanding REDEMPTIONS then maybe Admin can look at one post and then reply to members. Then have everyone keep bumping it up.


    So leave date of redemption, member id , and whatever else you feel is necessary and no other comments in it .etc Then it won't become a mess like the rest of the Forum. I know that there are a lot of members still waiting.

    Have also set this up as an event repeated daily. Do not how it works but will see what happens.

    They have already emailed support and have had no reply They have already posted in other discussions in the Forum about this.
    Maybe you can pass all these details to Support. The ones that have already posted on here are long time members.

    Yes i understand that but do you understand that Support does not reply. Read the posts in the other discussions that members send in multiple emails and no response.
    All i am asking if you can provide Support with all the above details. Instead of everything going around like a merry go round. T

    - I am on the phone right now with Paypal customer service rep Shy B. she said my account is in good standing. She researched to see if a payment was sent on or about the time of 08/13/2019 and NO payment was attempted for the amount of 40.00 from Univox. The last payment was in the amount of 35.00 from Univox on 08/07/2019 to Paypal.
    I spoke to Paypal customer service rep, Shy B. her ID number is 1672702. She would like for you to call Paypal using her ID number and name at 1-888-221-1161.

    I just received payment from another survey site and it went through with no problems

    - And also my email address you are showing is exactly the same email address that Paypal has. So it looks like to me someone on your side did not send it out correctly. Please try again or contact Paypal per the number and customer support ID number.

    That’s the same excuse they gave me that was something wrong with my paypal. It’s not true my Paypal is perfectly fine there’s nothing wrong with it.

I do know if you call them you can wait for them to call you back or stay on hold per phone call that takes about a minute or two to speak with you.

    I have an idea. I know how frustrating it is to not receive redemption on time, Been there, done that. The first inclination is to fire off a complaint to Admin or the support team. However, every time you complain to them, they have to stop and answer you or you accuse them of not supporting you. I suggest that everybody STOP for at least a few hours to give the team time to clear everything up. Since this is Friday, they have all weekend to get it done. They won't read your e-mails anyway on the week end. I'd say that if you still haven't gotten paid by Monday afternoon, you contact Support, not Admin. Just a suggestion. Hope it all works out for everyone that is due payment.

    This is not just about being late with my payment
    They are telling me that there is something wrong with my PayPal account

    There is a problem on Univox
