    Nov 26 I redeemed and not yet received it. A week ago I was told that you were still checking to see if I deserved it. My last redemption(Nov 10) was rejected, I would like this one please. I'm getting a little fed up since I do need this money for Christmas. I'm not trying to rip off Univox, I just want the money I earned for doing surveys.

    Are you doing anything different?
    using a new device, taking surveys somewhere else on another persons home IP address
    changed your provider , started using a VPN or incognito browser ...

    I found that out when I was away on holiday and trying to do some surveys from Univox to utilise free time. Every survey was denied. So, I just stopped logging in though the survey invites kept appearing in my inbox.

    You can half understand them doing this, thinking someone else had gotten into your account, surely notifying Admin that you were not at home doing surveys elsewhere you'd be granted a fortnights leaway .... or something along those lines ...

    It didn't occur to me to notify them. Now they say if you are out of the country you can't do the surveys.

    I was in Calgary for two weeks at the end of September. I kept doing surveys and even redeemed once when there. I've been back home in Toronto for 2 months now and everything is the same as usual. I was gone the same time last year and had no problems. I'm using my laptop that I always use, my ISP is the same and I do not use a VPN or an incognito browser. I've been able to qualify and do surveys, I just can't get paid for them.

    Maybe when you go to cash out they notice you did surveys out of the country so you were denied getting paid Have you tried calling them?

    I have generally received my rewards fairly quick since arriving at the "Ambassador" level; however, I am now waiting for my last TWO redeems...one from last Thursday and one from Sunday. I sent a message to Univox and I got the standard:

    "Dear Member,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Would like to share that we have reported this issue to the team and they are working on it. Please do not worry our team will get back to you within 24hours with all the details.


    Always looking to serve you better.

    Team Univox"

    I am using the same device I always use and have not traveled out of my city in about 7 months.

    P.S.
    I sent 2 more messages to Univox about not receiving points for two xompleted surveys; still waiting for that "within 24 hours" resolution....it's been several weeks....

    It's the same country, just a different city. That's why I'm confused. You're right I should try calling. I'll see what they say here, and perhaps try tomorrow.

    It sounds like what happened to me. Usually everything is processed within 24 hours but the last couple of times it got flagged and then I found out I was denied after pestering them by email and on the forum. I hope you have better luck than I did.

    UPDATE: received one reward after 6 days; received the second award after three days. Mark me "satisfied" at this point.

    Thanks for the update and I'm glad it worked out for you :) It doesn't seem like much but we do earn it, and every bit helps this close to the holidays. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that my issue resolves itself.

    I have redemed my points on 6th december 7.02 am of 1000 points.But till now i did not got the amount .

    i am tryimg to reach on customer care number but it is not working .

    I am attaching screen shot for this .it is showing that in my redemption page status processing.

    bonsoir à toutes et à tous. Je ne suis pas très ancien chez UNIVOX, mais ma déception et à la hauteur du temps passé. J'ai fais de nombreux sondages, qui même jusqu'au bout ne rapporte que 3, 4 points même parfois 1 points, j'ai tourné la roue en m'indiquant gain de 250 points après avoir réussi deux sondages, j'attends toujours ce gain. j'ai fais une commande, je n'ai toujours aucun on. Peu être suis je trop pressé, peut être je manque d'informations, mais je suis malgré tout assez déçu..... Je ne voudrai surtout pas me sentir abusé...

    Mon impatience, et mon coup de gueule a été récompensé, car j'ai reçu le bon décatlhon ce soir. De ce fait j'en commande de nouveau un, ce soir à voir si je dois de nouveau m'affoler, merci à tous Dominique

    Scandalisé par les non réponses, ci-joint les différents échanges, qui ne permettent aucunement à la résolution de ce litige. JE ME DEMANDE CE QUE J'ai FAIS DE MAL POUR MÉRITER UN TEL DÉNIGREMENT ET UNE NON RÉSOLUTION DE PROBLÈME. Es ce de la malhonnêteté, je n'ose y croire!!!     Que dire de plus, toujours rien reçu..... quoiqu'en dise les gestionnaires du site. J'ai suffisamment de points pour faire une nouvelle commande, comment m'assurer que je recevrai le bon correspondant. Quand je vais dans l'historique des messages, il est bien notifié que j'ai fait une commande le 17 juin, il n'est pas notifié que le coupon correspondant est bien parti....
