I recently did a few surveys on this site and a few others I am a member of. They will ask you what you think of this person, politician, media person. etc...Do they really want the truth how you feel about that person or just the PC truth?

Reason I asked is that on one forum I get the survey 2 or 3 times a week. My answers are consistent. My question is does the survey company itself read the answers and ding you either for giving a right/wrong answer? So if for example you hate/loved a certain politician or famous person, would that cause problems on down the road?

I don't enjoy this sort of surveys. I reckon they are biased in some way and want pleasing answers. Another bug bear is selecting political parties, they have only forced choice. What if you don't like ANY of the parties? You can't decide which party you want to vote next election because you are a floating voter? No such choices available.

Exactly Godsee - you can't win either way. I'm getting quite few of these surveys a week. Either our government is nervous or nosy, can't figure out which.
