    Did you get an Email Verification from Univox message in your inbox? If not, then you would need to register again. If that fails, contact Univox.

    Hi Pradeep! By your account not being activated, do you mean that you're not yet receiving surveys? Are you in India, by any chance? I remember in the past, that Univox said they do not have a lot of surveys for India, but I don't know if that has changed.
    I would not try registering again without talking to Univox first because each person is only allowed one account.
