    It's been more than 3 months I haven't got any surveys on my dashboard nor through email. I tried contacting customer support regarding this issue 3 times and every time they say the same thing like "We do our best to match you to the right survey. In some cases your profile, habits and lifestyle do not match the survey criteria you were asked to participate in. Sometimes we have more members respond than expected and reach our quota for the study quickly." I have been loyal for many years and am an Ambassador and have never faced this kind of issue before. But I can't be patient anymore. Please check my account or reset it or whatever you can.

    We cannot reset your account. If you are not receiving surveys it is because you do not match the criteria that we are currently looking for.

    You are saying the same thing again. How come it's been like that for more than 3 months without even single survey. This hasn't happened to me in the last 3 years. Why should I keep checking everyday if there is nothing to do?

    I bet if these members not getting surveys for months and months. If they opened another account, i am 100% certain that they will have surveys.

    So it is a problem in your system, none of these no surveys matching your demographics

    Sono tre giorni che il mio pannello sondaggi è vuoto. Considerando che da due mesi, guadagno una media di 50 punti al giorno. Ho perso 150 punti. Ho mandato una mail, ma ancora non ho avuto risposta. Ho profilo Premium, molto vicina ai 100 sondaggi

    Non vediamo alcun errore con il tuo account. Sei ancora un membro attivo. In alcuni casi il tuo profilo, le tue abitudini e il tuo stile di vita non corrispondono ai criteri del sondaggio a cui ti è stato chiesto di partecipare. Se ritieni che ciò non sia corretto, contatta

    Ho già mandato una mail. E' troppo strano perchè fino a tre giorni fa, ricevevo tante mail di invito ai sondaggi e entravo nel sito almeno 8/10 volte al giorno (anche senza mail) e trovavo altri sondaggi da fare. Ogni giorno guadagnavo in media 50 punti con ricompense da 1/3/4 punti di consolazione. Impossibile che non abbia sondaggi nel pannello.

    You keep saying that there are no errors in members accounts. But members getting 40,50,100 + surveys per day every day then go to 0 is impossible.

    ho la stessa situazione, incredibile. Per fortuna Univox è solo uno dei 32 pannelli a cui sono iscritta, mi dedicherò agli altri, fino a quando Univox non sbloccherà il mio pannello, perchè loro possono dirci la solita frase, ma la verità è che il pannello lo bloccano loro.

    21 giorni senza ricevere mail per sondaggi e con il pannello completamente vuoto. Vedo che non sono l'unica con questo problema. Gi unici punti che prendo sono quelli sui sondaggi fatti dall'amica.
    Anche io ho ricevuto la solita risposta dell'Admin "hai aggiornato il profilo?" Detto che non è questione di aggiornamento perchè non c'è niente da aggiornare, la situazione è diventata discutibile

    There has been zero surveys in my account since 22 march 2022. i have already complained to support about this but they gave a generic response to my problem that there is nothing wrong with my account it just the criteria of the surveys that i do not fit in . But one thing i do not understand is that for 3 years straight i got several surveys everyday but now suddenly i do not fit in even a single survey . Doesn't make sanse , Right ?

    Through your univox community forum i learned that may users are facing the same problem for me its been a month but for many others its been years without surveys .

    So i kindly request you to fix my issue instead of giving me generic response . I will be very greatful to you if you make my account normal again and i start getting surveys like before .

    We are unbale to help further via the forum. We can only advise you to make sure that your account is up to date and to click on any survey invites you receive as soon as you receive them.

    Ho lo stesso problema, gli ultimi sondaggi nella dashboard e in mail sono del 7 Aprile, Avevo una media di 1500 punti in 6 settimane.
    Io sono Italiana, anche io leggo di altri utenti con lo stesso problema, ho mandato messaggi al supporto ma ho ricevuto solo una risposta generica, oltre alla solita domanda "hai aggiornato il profilo?" Mi mancavano solo 13 sondaggi al passaggio da profilo Premium a profilo Ambasciatore

    These members not getting surveys as they keep saying it is a fault in your system if too many members have the same problem. Does anyone even check their accounts?

    Because no one is checking my account and can not fix the problem of the disappearing surveys.

    Una volta risolto il problema, sarebbe apprezzabile se Univox riconoscesse ai danneggiati un risarcimento punti in base alla media punti di ogni utente

    Anche a me non arrivano più sondaggi, mi era già capitato un'altra volta, però ho notato che avviene quando si accumulano molti punti, l'altra volta è stato pure così, più o meno con gli stessi punti che avevo fino a tre giorni fa. Adesso ovviamente li ho riscattati perché non so quanto durerà questa cosa

    i never expected this from univox support. its like they have blacklisted us from getting surveys its just that they are not admitting it. That is why they are so ignorant about the issue and if that is true they should give us an explanation for that and if i have done anything wrong i will happily leave univox . But this is nothing less than torture.

    I have zero surveys to take and have not had any in over 3 weeks. Always had 80 or so to attempt. I have emailed about the problem but nothing has happened. I can also not able to update my profile. Obviously these are not my problems but the problem of Univox.

    In regards to the 2-week timeline for redemptions. If the 2 weeks fall on a public holiday for the US or weekend should not these redemption payments that are due, be set up to be paid early?
    Like Memorial Day that you had on Monday but there were all these members asking for their redemptions which were due or overdue.

    We already have to wait 2 weeks.

    2nd Question. What is the point of having the Redemption approval on the WoF? Univox raised it to 5000 points which means there will be a lot of members that will have no benefit.
    Now Univox is paying every 2 weeks or so which means that members that are able to get to 5000 + point only get this 10 point approval once or twice a month. So can something be done so it is fair to all members?

    I am having the same problem as others. Multiple survey invites on e-mail mail but its been about 3 months that they say I don't match to any. I am on several sites with no problems so that isn't it. I wrote to support and just got back that people don't always qualify. I get that but that is not the problem here.,

    Due mesi senza ricevere mail per sondaggi, nessun sondaggio nel pannello, solo risposte pre-impostate alle richieste di supporto.
    Lancio l'idea: ognuno di noi alla scadenza del mese scrive da quanto tempo non riceve mail di sondaggi o trova vuoto il pannello. Apriamo un registro con l'elenco degli utenti "sospesi" perchè loro dicono che non siamo bloccati. Inizio Io

    hello, while all my friends are participating in the same survey, the same survey never comes to me. Also, I haven't received a survey in a long time. When my close friend had such a problem before, he wrote to the representative and they said that the account was reset. then it continued to take the surveys without any problems. I emailed Univoxa and they sent me an automated message. Could you please review my account please.. I do not receive a survey on my survey page. There may be a problem with my account.

    io non ne ricevo da 1 mese e più, ero arrivato a quasi 5000 punti e dopo per magia sono scomparsi tutti i sondaggi. Mi era già capitato una volta, più o meno con lo stesso quantitativo di punti, mi hanno sbloccato dopo due mesi credo, ma non ricordo bene. Adesso chissà quanto dovrò aspettare. Questa è una mia sensazione, ma credo che vogliano limitare gli utenti che si dedicano troppo ai sondaggi per non pagare premi troppo alti e permettere di far guadagnare un po' tutti. Cosa giusta ma almeno lo dicessero, mettessero un limite, che mi pare comunque ci sia, dovrei controllare. È normale che loro rispondano dicendo che non ci sono sondaggi adatti al profilo, che dovrebbero dire, ti abbiamo bloccato perché stai accumulando molti punti? Eh no, sia mai. Purtroppo non è un lavoro, quindi possono fare quello che vogliono con i nostri account

    Ho letto anche che capita il contrario che ti declassano se non mantieni lo standard del profilo, cioè un ambassador deve fare quel tot di sondaggi, se ne fa di meno viene declassato a premium

    un conto è declassare un altro è bloccare la bacheca. Nel primo caso dovrebbero comunque mandarti dei sondaggi

    Hey Admin i still don't receive any surveys since 2 months already. This Is not a normal situation, i had a lot of surveys on my board before. I wrote to support but they Say there's no issues in my account. I don't think so
