    there is an issue regarding my redemption of a google gift card, it took so long. and based on what I saw on your site when I redeemed. I know that the maximum number of days for my gift card approval is 14 days, and It's been 21 days since I redeemed the gift card.

    Sorry to bother you but how do you find out request ID? Actually Ive also redeemed some points for a gift card and in the redemption message theres no request ID. So could you or anyone else help me finding it out?
